1. Global Reach: From the Valley to Your Doorstep

We ship to over 50 countries, including India, the USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Australia, and the EU. Whether you are in a metropolitan penthouse or a quiet countryside estate, the best of Kashmir is within your reach.

2. Processing & “The Artisan’s Timeline”

Because our products are authentic and often made-to-order by local masters:

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: (Saffron, select Shawls, Papier-Mâché) are typically processed within 24–48 hours.

  • Bespoke & Hand-Knotted Items: (Silk Carpets, Custom Pashminas, Walnut Wood Furniture) may take 2 to 12 weeks depending on the complexity of the craft. We will provide regular updates from the artisan’s atelier during this period.

3. Shipping Transitions & Partners

To ensure the safety of your heritage pieces, we partner exclusively with premium global couriers:

  • Domestic (India): BlueDart, Delhivery (Express), and DTDC.

  • International: DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS.

  • Tracking: Once your order departs our Srinagar or fulfillment hub, you will receive a Real-Time Tracking Link via email and WhatsApp.

4. Delivery Timelines

  • India: 3–7 business days.

  • International (Express): 5–10 business days.

  • International (Standard): 10–20 business days.

  • Please note: Remote locations in the Himalayan region or international rural areas may require additional transit time.

5. Shipping Charges

  • India: We offer Complimentary Shipping on all orders above ₹5,000.

  • International: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the volumetric weight and destination.

  • High-Value Art: For oversized items (e.g., Furniture or large Carpets), our Luxury Concierge will contact you to coordinate specialized white-glove shipping.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Domestic: All prices shown are inclusive of GST.

  • International: Orders shipped outside of India may be subject to import duties and taxes (VAT/GST) once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Kashmirica provides all necessary “Certificate of Origin” documentation to ensure a smooth customs process.

7. Packaging: The Kashmirica Standard

Every item is packed using Climate-Controlled Packaging to protect against humidity and transit wear. Our high-end Pashminas and Art pieces come in signature heritage boxes, making them ready for gifting or archival storage.

8. Non-Delivery & Address Issues

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or repeated unavailability, the package may be returned to our hub. In such cases, a reshipping fee will apply.
